I’m a lifelong word wrangler, green tea addict, and serial fun plotter, and spend my spare time dancing like nobody’s watching.

I kickstarted my writing career in 2002 as a print journalist and radio presenter and was captivated by the power of sharing people’s authentic stories.

Then I was bitten by the technology bug and merrily started writing SEO website copy for healers before I knew marketing was a thing.

Meanwhile, I was struggling with an auto-immune condition (short version!), which kickstarted a lifelong journey exploring holistic therapies, the power of the mind, healing, and wellbeing.

I see my health story as a blessing. It’s given me incredible insight and gratitude for all I have in this amazing, sometimes crazy, life.

And it ignited a passion for supporting businesses that improve people’s lives.

Now I’m dedicated to working with holistic health and wellness coaches, course creators, and event coordinators to create authentic, inspiring, and effective digital marketing content.
