When you book a VIP Intensive it’s important to note that you are securing a booking for a set amount of time.

If you need a ‘bundle’ of content, it will be completed in order of priority depending on your needs.

With larger projects, many variables impact the amount of time it will take. A VIP Intensive relies on the thoroughness of the pre-work phase and the timeliness of the feedback.

Having said that, to date I’ve never had any problems!

We’ll go over this in the project pre-work phase, but for the nitty-gritty please refer to the Service Agreement.
